Execution of a contract
The moment agreements have been made between you and Verhoeven Family of Companies about (intended) services, your personal data is only used to prepare quotations and/or contracts and further aligning by telephone, e-mail or by postal services.
Legal obligation
Sometimes there is a legal obligation to use your personal data. Based on these legal obligations we process and retain data in order to comply. Once the legal retention period has been reached for storing this data, they will be deleted.
Business Interest
It matters to Verhoeven Family of Companies that people can identify and submit their personal information for review. With whom do we share your personal data.
In the appendix 2 is stated with which parties we share personal data. Agreements have been made about sharing your personal data regarding the security and confidentiality of the data. These parties must comply with these agreements based on the completed and signed agreements regarding processing the data.
Data processing of children younger than 16 years
Verhoeven Family of Companies has no intention to collect data of persons under 16 years, unless we have permission granted by parent or guardian. However, we cannot check whether a visitor is over the age of 16. We therefore recommend parents to be involved in the online activities of their children, to prevent collection of data on children without parental consent. If you are convinced that we have collected personal information of a minor without the required consent, please contact us via info@verhoevenfamily.com. We will delete that personal information on request.
Automated decision making
Verhoeven Family of Companies does not make decisions on the basis of automated processing of data that may (substantial) affect persons. This automated decision making involves decisions made by computer programs or systems without requiring a human intervention (e.g. an employee of Verhoeven Family of Companies).
Verhoeven Family of Companies uses the following software or systems: Production Planning & Management System to process orders. An accounting package in order to administer and to process incoming and outgoing invoices on behalf of proper internal accounting management. Personnel and payroll processing systems on behalf of employment-related obligations. Board computer system in our company vehicles used for business trip registration, time recording and messaging services for collection and / or delivery of goods.
Sharing personal data with third parties
Verhoeven Family of Companies will not sell your information to any third party and shall only transfer these data to third parties in case this is necessary for the execution of our agreement with you or to meet a legal obligation. With companies (processors) who process your data on our behalf, we conclude a processing agreement. Verhoeven Family of Companies does only rely on processor who apply adequate guarantees regarding appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure that the processing complies to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and protection of the rights of the data subjects are guaranteed. Verhoeven Family of Companies remains responsible for this processing of personal data.
Cookies, or comparable techniques that we use
Verhoeven Family of Companies uses cookies or similar technologies as listed in Appendix 1. No active use of cookies for any purpose other than optimization of the use of our website will be conducted. The data collected are not actively used for any other purpose.
Right to access personal data, edit or delete
You have the right to access, correct of delete your personal data. In addition, you are entitled to withdraw any permission for data processing or to oppose to the processing of your personal data by Verhoeven Family of Companies and you have the right to data portability. That means you can request us to send your personal information we process in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format to you or a third party on you request. You may submit a request for access, correction, deletion, data transmission of your personal or request to withdraw your consent or object to processing your personal data in two ways:

How do we protect personal information
Verhoeven Family of Companies takes the protection of your data seriously and takes appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent abuse, loss, unauthorized access, unwanted and unauthorized disclosure and/or modifications. The processing of personal data by Verhoeven Family of Companies staff takes place based on confidentiality agreements. This confidentiality obligation we also impose on our suppliers based on the processing agreements concluded with these suppliers.
Employees who process personal data have knowledge of the privacy requirements and are regularly educated and trained. For this purpose, if there a reason for additional education or training, specialized trainers, and / or consultants are involved.
The technical measures prevent data processing by unauthorized persons or third parties. For this purpose, Verhoeven Family of Companies has appointed or hired specialized staff. Complaints and data breaches
In those cases where it is suspected that something went wrong processing personal data, a complaint can be lodged with the Financial Director – Mr. Ballegooij. The complaint will be handled directly with you in person on short notice.

If there is a so-called data breach, where (possible) unauthorized access of personal data occurred,
